Menu from Tuscany/Umbria Tasting

Sorry for the lack of stimuli around here lately.  I've been preoccupied with many things, but mostly preparing for the Tuscany/Umbria tasting event we held on October 15.  Here's a look at the menu.  Thanks to all of you for coming!
